This is not your typical fitness bootcamp. Run by parents for parents, we understand that sometimes, the kids run you. Which is why we offer a choice of 5 days a week for your membership. Come as little or as often as you can… but we know you will want to be there for every session!

 

Feel free to bring your little ones, and they don’t have to be strapped into a stroller. Work out in the shade while they play next to you or in the playground.  

At Mommy's Morning Bootcamp, we want FITNESS FOR EVERYONE!

 

All ages, sizes and fitness levels are welcome.  Whatever your goals - weight loss, building strength, toning and tightening your body - with our support you will quickly see the results you are looking for.  Our personalised approach involves smaller classes so everyone gets the attention they deserve. 

 

Certified personal trainer Isaac will take you through a fun and fast paced workout which is never the same every day. A combination of cardiovascular work, stretching, strength training and plyometrics ensures a total-body fitness experience. 

 

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a pair of 3-5lb weights and plenty of water to every class.
